Participating Manufacturer Information

Those companies that have agreed to be bound by the payment and public health restrictions set forth in the Master Settlement Agreement (MSA) are known as Participating Manufacturers (PMs). The PMs are broken into two categories: Original Participating Manufacturers (OPMs) and Subsequent Participating Manufacturers (SPMs). The OPMs include those companies that initially signed the MSA in 1998. The SPMs are those companies that signed the MSA following its official enactment date.

In addition to the requirements set forth in the MSA, the PMs are required to certify their brands and brand families by April 30 of each year pursuant to Wyo. Stat. § 9-4-1205 . The Participating Manufacturer Certification Form can be accessed through the link provided below.
