Welcome to the Wyoming Attorney General's Medicaid Fraud Control Unit.
The Wyoming Medicaid Fraud Control Unit (MFCU) became part of the Attorney General's Office in January, 1995, pursuant to the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1993. The Wyoming MFCU investigates and prosecutes Medicaid provider fraud and patient abuse and neglect in Medicaid funded facilities.

To report suspected fraud by a Medicaid recipient, call the Department of Family Services' Prosecution Recovery Investigation Collection and Enforcement Unit (PRICE) at 1-307-777-5481
To report suspected fraud by a Medicaid provider or abuse/neglect in a Medicaid-funded facility, please complete the online Incident Report/Case Referral Form or call the Medicaid Fraud Control Unit Hotline at 1-800-378-0345
