Wyoming Attorney General's Human Services Division
The Human Services Division represents the Departments of Health, Education, Family Services, Work Force Services, and Transportation, as well as the Community College Commission and the State Board of Education, in their goals of providing services to the people of Wyoming. The Division also oversees the Tobacco Settlement Unit which enforces the Master Settlement Agreement; the Consumer Protection Unit, which provides assistance to consumers; and the Victim Services Division, which provides assistance to victims of crime. In addition, the Human Services Division provides legal opinions to agencies, county and district attorneys and legislators, and represents the agencies in Administrative Hearings, State District and Appellate Courts, and United States District and Appellate Courts.
